Notice Creation and Assignment Module
Site managers and mobile app users are empowered to create detailed notices comprising waste-related images and essential information. These notices are promptly assigned to subcontractors, ensuring targeted and efficient waste management procedures.
Resource Management Module
Quantity surveyors efficiently handle the creation and administration of resources essential for construction sites, including meticulous pricing details, ensuring effective resource management practices.
Email Notifications and PDFs Module
Notices are swiftly dispatched to sub-contractors via email, containing comprehensive PDFs with detailed waste-related information, ensuring clear and prompt communication for waste disposal tasks.
Non-Compliance Handling Module
In instances where sub-contractors fall short in addressing notices, mobile app users conduct on-site inspections, documenting instances of non-compliance. Subsequently, penalty notices are issued to ensure adherence to waste management guidelines.

Roles overview
The Waste Management System encompasses a comprehensive set of functionalities designed to effectively oversee and optimize the delivery operations across multiple sites. The system is structured around specific roles: Administrators, Site Managers, and Contact Manager & Quantity Surveyor, each tailored to perform essential tasks.
Admin Role:
Admins establish the system’s foundation by creating and assigning roles to contract managers and quantity surveyors. They initiate site creation and allocation, linking specific contract managers and quantity surveyors to each site to ensure effective oversight.
Site Manager Role:
These individuals hold pivotal responsibility for managing notices pertaining to waste cleanup. They classify notices as compliant or noncompliant based on regulatory standards. Site managers oversee the details of each notice, manage notice reissuance if required, and initiate the creation of new notices as needed. Additionally, they oversee subcontractors involved in waste cleanup, grant mobile app access to site-related personnel, monitor waste cleanup statistics, and generate comprehensive reports for analysis and planning.
CONTRACT MANAGER & QUANTITY SURVEYOR Role:
These roles are primarily focused on accessing statistical data and viewing all notices and reports related to waste cleanup operations. While they don’t directly manage or categorize notices, they provide oversight and essential information for operational analysis and evaluation. The systematic division of roles ensures a structured workflow, facilitating efficient waste management across sites. Admins establish the framework, site managers actively manage notices and subcontractors, while contract managers and quantity surveyors provide crucial oversight and access to essential information for analysis and evaluation purposes.
